How to Register

• Online Mandatory: All participants must complete the online registration.
• Booking Window: Sessions open for registration one week at a time on the Thursday at 8:30 AM prior to the upcoming week.
• Schedule: View the Schedule for up-to-date days and times.

• Non-Member
• Note: Incorrect tier selection will result in a charge for the price difference, plus a penalty fee ($1 for the first offense; $5 for subsequent offenses).

Late Arrival & Waitlist Policy

• The 5-Minute Rule: Effective 2/9, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after the session start time (based on real time, not the rink clock) will lose their spot without a refund if another person is present at the Y to take the spot.
• No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notification will be recorded. Repeat offenders may be suspended from future sessions.
• Waitlist Openings: If a spot opens, an email is sent to everyone on the waitlist. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Crossbar system only allows waitlisted individuals to register for spots that open after a session was previously full.

Session Details & Limits

• Capacity: Limited to 20 skaters and 2 goalies per session.
• Age: Must be 18 or older (unless prior LHC approval is granted).
• Check-in: All players must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Equipment & Conduct

• Gear: Full hockey gear is required.
• Jerseys: Please bring both a white and a dark jersey.
• Behavior: Respect and get along with all other skaters.
• Security: The facility and management are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.

Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Once registration is completed, it cannot be canceled by the participant. 
• If you cannot make your session, you must notify LHC at info@lafayettehockeyclub.com. Once LHC is notified, the session cannot be reinstated unless the spot is still available at the time of a new request.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of the session start will be recorded. Repeat offenders may be suspended from future sessions.
• No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for purchases or missed sessions, regardless of the circumstances. 
• Credits will only be granted in the event that the rink is non-operational for the scheduled session.
