Becoming a Locker Room Monitor
Each team is now required to have at least two locker-room monitors. Without these designated monitors, a team cannot build an official USA Hockey roster and will not be allowed to play any games.
Please volunteer as a locker-room monitor for your team and complete all the requirements.
*DO NOT email your USA Hockey number to the club. Complete the "LRM Club Registration"!

CAHA Clarification On Locker Room Monitors
- Every team will have at least two non-coach locker room monitors rostered (these can include managers and other volunteers).
- Every team event where a locker room is used, two locker-room monitors will be present in the locker room. If an event occurs where only one non-coach locker-room monitor is present, that monitor will be directly in the doorway or immediately outside the door in earshot, regularly checking in with the team.
- Coaches will not be the only locker-room monitors.
- Locker-room monitors will be gender-appropriate.
- All locker-room monitors will be background screened, SafeSport trained, and appropriate for the role assigned.
