How To - Drop-In Registrations

Setup Your Account

1. Create an Account: Visit the Lafayette Hockey Club Sign-Up Page. Enter your email and password, then click "SIGN UP."
2. Add Participants: Go to Account > Participants to add yourself and any family members. (You can also add participants during the registration process). Please use full name and real DOB for each participant!

How To Register

1. Find Your Session: If you have a direct link to the registration of your choice, click on it. Otherwise, navigate to the "Ice Programs" tab, and select your activity. Click "Register" (right side on your computer or at the bottom on your phone).
2. Select Participant: Choose the family member you are registering.
3. Enter Information: Confirm your address and (optional) invite another person/guardian to the participant's account. Click "Continue".
4. Choose Dates & Pricing: Select your session.
5. Manually select the correct price type (Member vs. Non-Member) for each session.
6. If you are registering for multiple sessions, you must repeat this step for each session.
7. Payment Type: Select the Regular Rate for a single session or use a Punch Card.
8. Waivers: Answer required questions and agree to 2 required waivers.
9. Payment Method: Enter a new payment method or select a saved one. Click "Continue". Pro-Tip: Use ACH (Bank Transfer) to avoid the 2% credit/debit card fee.
10. Confirm: Review your details and click "Confirm Payment." You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with instructions on how to view your registrations.
11. Check-In: Every player must check in at the front desk. Please find your name on the printed roster.

Arriving at the Y Without Registration

If you show up at the Y without a completed registration, you can still register as long as space is available.

• Self-Service Only: The front desk POS is not set up for ice programs. All registrations must be completed through our website on your own device (phone, tablet, or computer).
• New Users: Follow the steps above under "Set Up Your Account".
• How to Book on the Spot: Follow the steps above under "How To Register". Scan the program specific QR code at the front desk with your phone camera or find your registration under "Ice Programs" to start.
• Check-In: Write your full name on the printed roster at the front desk.

Running Late? Use "LATE SIGN-UP"

Registration locks exactly at the session start time. If the session has already started:

1. Follow the standard registration steps.
2. When selecting the session, look for the "LATE SIGN-UP" option for that day.
3. Standard pricing and Punch Cards still apply.
4. Sign in manually on the printed roster at the desk.

Important Note on Mobile App

Registrations must be completed through the lafayettehockeyclub.com website. The Crossbar mobile app is designed for full-season teams to view schedules and communicate; it is not designed for the registration process or drop-in bookings.
