Adult Hockey League

Welcome to the Lafayette Hockey Club Adult Recreational Ice Hockey Leagues (18+)

The Lafayette Hockey Club is dedicated to fostering a safe, competitive, and inclusive environment. We prioritize sportsmanship and respect above all else; any form of violence, discrimination, or hateful conduct has no place in our rink and will result in immediate removal.

We offer no-check competition across two divisions:

• D1 League: Games held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
• D2 League: Games held Tuesday and Sunday nights.

All games are played at the Carlston Ice Arena. To ensure high-quality play, all referees are USA Hockey certified and contracted through the Colorado Ice Hockey Referees Association. Registration is available to returning team players and individual free agents.

PLEASE NOTE: The LHC adult league at Carlston Ice Arena is not USA Hockey affiliated. Risks are involved in playing hockey, and it is highly encouraged that you are adequately covered by insurance in case of injury.

• 10-game regular season + single-elimination playoffs.
• Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (75-minute slots).
• Period Lengths:
• 1st & 2nd Periods: 20-minute run time (stop clock last 15 seconds).
• 3rd Period: 15-minute run time (stop clock last 5 minutes).
• Official Pointstreak stat tracking and music during stoppages.
• The LHC reserves the right to assign free agents to any team with fewer than 15 players (up to a 17-player maximum). Once placed, free agents will not be removed from the roster.

Get rewarded for playing! All players who register for the Spring Season will receive a credit toward the following LHC Adult Hockey League Season registration:

• Y-Members: $85 Credit
• Non-Members: $100 Credit

• 9 additional games + single-elimination playoffs.
• Tuesday, and Sunday nights (75-minute slots).
• Period Lengths:
• 1st & 2nd Periods: 20-minute run time (stop-clock last 15 seconds).
• 3rd Period: 15-minute run time (stop-clock last 5 minutes).
