Locomotive Tier II Teams Accepted into the NAPHL!
Dear Locomotive Families,
We are thrilled to share a major milestone for our Tier II program heading into the 2026–27 season.
All Lafayette Locomotive Tier II teams—14U AA, 16U AA, and 18U AA—have been officially accepted to join the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) Show Season!
What is the NAPHL Show Season?
The NAPHL is one of the premier competitive markets in North America, designed specifically to maximize player exposure.
Our players will compete in a high-intensity environment, testing their skills against elite national competition while playing under the direct spotlight of scouts from the NAHL (North American Hockey League), NA3HL, and various junior programs nationwide.
The 2026-27 Showcase Schedule
The NAPHL Show Season consists of three premier showcases. Here is how our teams will participate:
- • Showcase 1: Marlborough, MA | Nov. 20–23, 2026
- ◦ Attending teams: 16U AA & 18U AA
- • Showcase 2: Blaine, MN | Dec. 18–21, 2026
- ◦ Attending teams: 14U AA, 16U AA & 18U AA
- • Showcase 3 (Final Face-Off): Troy/Rochester, MI | Jan. 15–18, 2027
- ◦ Attending teams: 14U AA, 16U AA & 18U AA
The Locomotive Exposure Factor
For our players who aspire to play junior, college, or professional hockey, this is a massive step forward. Every showcase game is heavily scouted, giving our athletes a direct pathway and maximum exposure.
We could not be prouder of this step forward for our club and, most importantly, our players.
Get ready for an incredible 2026–27 season!
See you at the rink,
Lafayette Hockey Club
